These Terms of Use apply to the private Finance application available on this website.
Authorized use
The application is intended only for authorized users who have been granted access by the organization operating this site. Access credentials and authenticator codes must not be shared.
Finance workflows
The application supports controlled finance workflows, preparation of import data, reference data management and financial reporting. The connected accounting system remains the authoritative source for posted accounting records.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for reviewing finance data before approval, export or use, following the organization’s internal procedures, and reporting suspected errors or unauthorized access promptly.
Security and acceptable use
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the application, introduce malicious code, or use the application for purposes outside authorized finance operations.
Availability and changes
The application may be updated, suspended or changed when required for maintenance, security, compliance or operational reasons.
